One of the benefits I gain from sharing is based on the idea that when you teach one person, two people learn (not sure who said that)...

By sharing what I learn, I end up learning more. When you have to write or present something knowing that what you write or say will be seen by others, it makes you think more carefully about the subject... reflecting more deeply on each lesson than if you simply took private notes...

This benefit isn't apparent from your current text but I think it's an important benefit...
