The Book is Available for Pre-Order

There's still some work left to do on the book, but I've made a ton of progress over the last few weeks, which is a great feeling.  If you feel the need to pre-order, you can choose O'Reilly or Amazon or elsewhere.  The O'Reilly store says it will be available next month (cold), while Amazon says February 15 (getting warmer).
